Refund Policy – CMToms Tailor.

At CMToms Tailor, every garment is custom-made according to individual measurements and preferences. Because of the personalized nature of tailoring services, our refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting the craftsmanship involved.

By placing an order or making a payment, you agree to the terms below.

1. No Refund on Customized Orders

All garments are:

• Made-to-measure
• Personalized in design, fabric, and fit

Once production has started:

❗ Refunds are NOT provided under normal circumstances.

This includes:

• Change of mind
• Travel schedule changes
• Personal preference after production begins

2. Advance Payments

Any advance or deposit paid:

• Is non-refundable once work has started
• Is used toward fabric purchase, cutting, and labor costs

Advance payments secure production time and materials.

3. Fit Adjustment Policy (Instead of Refund)

We are committed to customer satisfaction and offer:

✔ Reasonable fitting adjustments for garments made by us

Refunds will NOT be issued for fit concerns if adjustments can resolve the issue.

4. Exceptional Refund Cases

Refunds may only be considered if:

• We fail to deliver the ordered garment
• Major production error occurs (wrong item or severe defect)

In such cases, resolution may include:

• Free remake
• Store credit
• Partial refund (at management discretion)

5. Express Service Fees

Fees for express tailoring or urgent orders:

• Are non-refundable
• Cover priority labor and scheduling costs

6. International Orders & Shipping

For worldwide deliveries:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• Customs duties/taxes are buyer responsibility
• Delays by courier services do not qualify for refunds

7. Cancellation Requests

Orders may only be canceled:

• Before production begins
• With management approval

Once tailoring work starts, cancellation is not eligible for refund.

8. Final Sale Items

Discounted, promotional, or special offer items:

❗ Are final sale and not eligible for refund.

9. Dispute Resolution

In case of disagreement:

• We encourage communication first
• Decisions by CMToms Tailor management are final

Legal claims beyond service value are not accepted.

CMToms Tailor reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without notice.
