Because of the personalized nature of tailoring:

👉 Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or modified without approval.
👉 Slight variations in fabric texture, color shade, and finish may occur due to lighting, screens, and natural fabric properties.

3. Measurements Responsibility

We ensure professional measurements in-store and clear guidance for virtual consultations.

However:

• Customers providing self-measurements are responsible for accuracy
• We are not liable for incorrect fits caused by wrong measurements submitted by customers

Adjustments may be offered at additional cost.

4. Payment Terms

• Advance payment may be required to begin tailoring
• Full payment must be completed before delivery or shipping
• Prices may vary depending on fabric, design, urgency, and customization

Failure to complete payment may result in order delay or cancellation without refund.

5. Express Tailoring Disclaimer

Express services are subject to:

• Fabric availability
• Workload
• Design complexity

While we aim to deliver on promised timelines, minor delays may occur in rare cases.

6. Alterations & Fit Policy

We offer reasonable fitting adjustments for garments made by us.

However:

• Major redesigns are not included
• Weight change after fitting is not our responsibility
• External garments brought for alteration are handled carefully but at customer risk

7. Worldwide Shipping Terms

For international deliveries:

• Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees
• Customs delays, duties, or taxes are buyer’s responsibility
• We are not liable for courier delays beyond our control

Once shipped, responsibility transfers to courier service.
